  Ordered two coffees to go and then found ourselves watching other customers being served before ourselves even though we had ordered first. Upon querying where our drinks were, we were informed they were very busy and we're next. When we informed the the girl we were there before the four people who were served we had a matter of fact 'sorry about that' handed our drinks and we left never to return. Not a patch on Costa staff or service.
